Moe Satt (b. 1983), lives and works as an artist and curator in Yangon, Myanmar. His works deal with hand gestures and movement. His work has been featured in several group exhibitions, documenta 15 (2022), including Biennale Jogja XV (2019), Political Acts: Pioneers of performance art in Southeast Asia in Melbourne (2017), CAFAM Biennale, Beijing (2013), and Busan Biennale (2012). He has performed in several festivals, including Live Art Biennale, Zurcher Theater Spektakel, Festival Bo:m, Festival Tokyo,  MOPE 16 Performance Festival, Room For Performance, Bildmuseet, Island Bar_Ratava, Taipei Performing Art Center. He was a finalist for the Hugo Boss Asia Art Award for Emerging Asian Artists in 2015. He is currently an Artist in residency at Rijksakademie (2022-2024).
